About XFactor

American’s Simon Cowell’s XFactor on will premier on the FOX network in the fall of 2010. XFactor is currently popular in Britian and several other countries around the world.

The American Version of XFactor with Simon Cowell as producer and Judge will mirror both the European versions as well as the popular American Idol show.

Xfactor has no age limit for it’s contestants.  Contestants can be solo acts, duets, or groups.  The XFactor competition will categorize the contestants into various groups that will compete against their own group category.

The judges of Xfactor will also be involved in mentoring the contestants that make the final slots.  The judges will be involved with helping them pick songs, choreography as well as outfits and all aspects of coaching the finalist.

The public will also vote for their favorite contestants just like American Idol.

The American Xfactor on FOX will air in the Fall, when American Idol is on hiatus.
